Reality TV personality Stephen Bear has been sentenced to 16 months in prison after admitting he breached a restraining order that prohibited him from posting online about his former partner, Georgia Harrison. The restraining order was put in place following Bear's 2023 conviction, when he was jailed for secretly recording and distributing intimate footage of himself and Harrison without her consent. The video was shared on OnlyFans and WhatsApp, leading to his imprisonment and the court imposing strict conditions preventing him from discussing Harrison or encouraging others to comment about her online.

Despite those restrictions, the 36-year-old repeatedly posted about Harrison and the case across social media platforms during 2025, while she was pregnant. His online activity led to a new prosecution for breaching the order.

At Chelmsford Crown Court, Judge Christopher Morgan, who also presided over Bear's original trial, criticised the defendant's actions, stating they were intended "to ensure the maximum harm [was] caused to Georgia Harrison".

"You knew all of that was untrue, and yet you posted it," the judge said. "You left Miss Harrison, I'm afraid, at the mercy of any individual who had aligned themselves with your lies."

Bear, from Walthamstow in east London, had previously admitted the harassment offence by breaching the restraining order during a hearing in June.

The court heard that after being released from prison halfway through his previous sentence, Bear resumed posting about Harrison between 1 March and 21 July 2025. Content appeared across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and Facebook, despite the court order preventing such activity.

Prosecutors described the posts as "consistently posted messages of the most abhorrent and harmful type", arguing they encouraged further abuse towards Harrison.

Addressing Bear directly, Judge Morgan added: "What you did in that three to four-month period is simply victim-blaming."

Although Harrison did not attend the sentencing hearing, a victim impact statement was read on her behalf. She described the emotional impact of Bear's actions, explaining that his continued online attacks left her feeling fearful and vulnerable.

She said Bear's social media activity had left her "feeling petrified", adding that she feared for her personal safety. Harrison also told the court that the stress of the situation affected her wellbeing during pregnancy and caused her to worry about her unborn child.

"I shut him out of my mind for a long time and it's not fair that he's managed to crawl his way back in," she said.

The court also heard Harrison felt isolated, exposed and unsafe as a result of the repeated posts, and she requested that the restraining order be strengthened.

Alongside the prison sentence, Judge Morgan extended the existing restraining order to include protection for Harrison's mother and one of her friends. The restrictions will remain in place until a replacement order is issued.

Bear arrived at court accompanied by his wife, Miami, who is eight months pregnant. As he entered the building, he declined to answer reporters' questions but smiled, gave a thumbs-up and said: "Wish me luck guys. See you soon, hopefully." During mitigation, Bear appeared emotional and briefly cried while his barrister argued for a reduced sentence. He shook his head as officers escorted him from the courtroom to begin serving his latest prison term.
