Your role
As TSB's Content Creator & Writer, you're the heartbeat of our news flow. You'll source, curate and shape stories that resonate with our community, across our website and social channels.
Your mission
Turn engaging social content into must-read articles
Scout the latest news and viral stories that matter to our audience
Develop an eye for stories that capture our followers' attention
Stay tuned to social trends and topics
Collaborate with the team to bring ideas to life across platforms
Take part in feedback sessions to sharpen strategy and performance
Schedule and post content across digital platforms
Work flexibly, including covering live events as they unfold
You're the one if you
Are studying journalism, media, English or communications, or have recently graduated and want to put the theory into practice
Have a genuine pull toward media, culture and storytelling, curiosity and hunger count for more than a polished CV
Can spot the angle everyone else missed and aren't afraid to pitch something unexpected
Adapt quickly and thrive in fast-moving environments
Communicate exceptionally, in writing and verbally
Skills & qualifications
Currently studying (or a recent graduate of) journalism, media, English, communications or something adjacent, or equivalent hands-on experience
Some writing you're proud of, whether that's a uni project, a blog, a social page you run, or published articles. Polish matters less than voice and a sense for what makes a story worth telling
