Nigerian fraudster and social media influencerHushpuppi has been jailed for 11 years in the US for his role in an international fraud operation. The 40-year-old, whose real name is Ramon Abbas, was known for his lavish lifestyle which he flaunted to his 2.8 million followers.Alongside the 135 month sentence, the LA judge ordered him to pay $1,732,841 (£1,516,182) in restitution to two fraud victims, despite Abbas claiming to have only made $300,000 from the cases he was tried for.
