It's been alleged that Meghan Markle's behaviour led to two personal assistants leaving the palace and other staff being "humiliated".
In March 2021, Buckingham Palace launched an investigation to examine the alleged poor behaviour of Meghan Markle against Palace staff.Markle was accused of humiliating various staff members, with some allegedly feeling so overwhelmed that they left their positions at Buckingham Palace. The duchess's lawyers have denied the allegations that have been made.
Today, it's been revealed that the findings of this investigation will remain private after both current and former staff were invited to speak about their experiences of working for Meghan. The palace has confirmed that the review didn't scrutinise the details of the allegations made against Meghan Markle, but instead how staff handled the complaints. While they have claimed that Human Resource policies have been improved as a result of the investigation, they have refused to make any details of these changes (or potential findings) public.
A senior palace source has commented that: "Because of the confidentiality of the discussions we have not communicated the detailed recommendations. The recommendations have been incorporated within policies and procedures wherever appropriate and policies and procedures have changed."So all members of staff, all members of the royal family will be aware of what the policies and procedures are, the revised policies and procedures."
