FRANCE, CANADA, MEXICO AND AUSTRALIA WARN THEIR CITIZENS THAT THE U.K. IS A 'DANGEROUS PLACE TO TRAVEL'

Several countries, including Australia, France, and the UAE, have issued updated travel warnings for the UK due to rising crime. In 2024, major crimes increased by 14%, with mobile phone theft being a key concern. As it stands, one phone is stolen every six minutes in London. Australia now advises citizens to “exercise a high degree of caution” when visiting the UK.
