A woman has sparked widespread online debate after sharing her alleged experience at one of Gordon Ramsay’s London restaurants, where she claimed a dog was permitted to urinate and defecate inside the venue while diners continued eating nearby.
The incident allegedly took place at Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza in Battersea, south west London. Social media influencer Gizzelle Cade uploaded a series of videos recounting the experience, claiming she had been dining with her husband and newborn baby when she noticed a dog standing on what appeared to be a training pad inside the restaurant.

In one viral clip, Cade said:
“I'm at a Ramsay Pizza restaurant in London and I want to tell you guys never come in here. I'm sitting at this restaurant enjoying a beautiful evening with my husband and my newborn baby and I look up and I see some woman with her dog on a wee-wee pad taking a pis and a sht.”
She went on to allege that restaurant staff failed to intervene after she raised concerns about the situation. Cade stated:
“I tell the patron, the lady who's working, the waitress, whatever, about this. She doesn't do anything about it. The manager was there the entire time. He said nothing.”
The influencer also criticised the restaurant’s hygiene standards, adding that,
“Gordon Ramsay is known for running his restaurants and his kitchens a certain way and that was not there that night”.

In a follow up video, Cade claimed she decided to leave the restaurant after the alleged incident. She later stated that although she initially paid a 15 per cent service charge, it was eventually removed after she disputed the bill with management.
However, conflicting accounts have since emerged online. One eyewitness reportedly disputed the claims, alleging the dog never actually relieved itself inside the restaurant and was simply sitting on the pad beside the table. According to the witness, Cade requested to move tables because she was uncomfortable with the dog being nearby, and staff relocated her family elsewhere in the restaurant.
Shortly after the video began circulating widely online, Gordon Ramsay himself appeared to comment under Gizzelle Cade’s post. In the comment, which was later deleted not long after it was posted, he reportedly wrote:
“Street pizza pampers coming to stores near you soon!”
The remark quickly gained attention after screenshots began circulating on social media, with users debating whether it was intended as sarcasm, a joke, or a reference to the incident itself. Its removal added further speculation, as many questioned why the comment was deleted so quickly.
The incident has generated intense discussion across social media platforms, with many users debating whether dogs should be allowed inside restaurants at all. One person commented,
“Kinda ironic because Gordon Ramsay has screamed at restaurant owners for less, and that's what's going on, in his own franchise?”

Another wrote, “I don't care if you love pets; it's inconsiderate to bring a dog to a restaurant.”
A third added,
“This is disgusting and definitely should not be allowed!!”
Others online pointed out that many restaurants across London do allow dogs inside dining areas, although incidents involving animals allegedly urinating or defecating indoors could potentially breach hygiene expectations and food safety standards. The footage continues circulating online as debate surrounding dog friendly dining in the capital intensifies.
The restaurant and Gordon Ramsay’s wider restaurant group have not publicly responded to the allegations.
