Rapper Twin S has addressed online speculation surrounding the death of social media influencer Klaudia Zakrzewska, denying claims that he was romantically involved with either Klaudia or Gabrielle Carrington.

The musician, who has built a following through his rap career and online presence, appeared on the 90s Baby Show podcast where he spoke openly about the rumours that circulated online following the incident that led to Klaudia's death.

In the weeks after the tragedy, social media users began sharing theories suggesting the two women had been involved in a dispute connected to Twin S. According to the rapper, he was taken aback by how quickly the narrative spread despite having no romantic involvement with either woman.

Reflecting on the speculation, he said:

"That's when I realised the internet's mad scary."

Twin S explained that while he understood why some people may have found the rumours believable, he insisted there was no truth behind them.

"I've had no romantic involvement with neither, wallahi hand on my heart."

During the interview, he suggested that even a brief attempt to verify the claims would have quickly disproved them.

"If I contacted said person and said, or said family members and said, 'Yo, something to do with Twin S', they would have said, 'What are you on about?'"

He added that people appeared to be creating what they considered an interesting storyline based on assumptions rather than facts.

"They're thinking it's a good storyline. I get the storyline and I understand it, but the bottom line is it's genuinely nothing to do with me."

Twin S also revealed that although he knew both women, his interactions with them were limited to social events and mutual circles.

He said he had known both parties through events and social gatherings and described them as "genuine good people" based on his experiences with them.

The rapper explained that he deliberately chose not to publicly respond when the allegations first began circulating online because he did not want attention to be diverted away from the seriousness of the situation and the loss of a life.

Klaudia, who was known online as Klaudiaglam, died after being struck by a car in Soho, central London, in April. The 32-year-old influencer suffered critical injuries and passed away six days after the incident.

Gabrielle Carrington, a former X Factor finalist and influencer, was initially charged with attempted murder following the incident. Following Klaudia's death, police confirmed the charge would be upgraded to murder. Carrington also faces allegations relating to dangerous driving and drink driving offences. She has been remanded into custody while legal proceedings continue.

Speaking about the devastating impact of the case, Twin S said he had spoken with Klaudia's family and described the situation as deeply upsetting.

"Even the deceased, I spoke to the family, it's genuinely heartbreaking."

He continued:

"Some things you just can't come to grips with."

His comments quickly generated debate online, with many people agreeing that rumours had spiralled out of control in the aftermath of the tragedy.

Online personality Elaine the Pain commented:

“The person who started the rumour is mad and I believe it was the girls friend on TikTok. But he could have come out and cleared his name the second it happened.”

Another person said:

“That rumour ran riot on the net and not one person could say they knew with facts that that’s what it was. More to the point, RIP Klaudia, still such a horrible incident!”

However, not everybody was convinced by Twin S's explanation. One critic wrote:

“I’ve worked in the industry for so long that I can smell a PR trained response from a mile away. You knew them but were not romantic with them? Yet they were fighting over you?”

While Twin S has now publicly denied any romantic connection to either woman, debate continues among some online users about the rumours that emerged following the incident. For many people, however, the focus remains where it has always belonged, on the loss of Klaudia Zakrzewska and the ongoing legal proceedings that will determine exactly what happened on that tragic night.
