Lochan Nowacki has given fans a rare glimpse into his relationship with girlfriend Brianna Balram after sharing a touching appreciation post dedicated to the US television personality.

The former Love Island finalist uploaded a video compilation featuring some of their favourite moments together, including holidays, dinner dates, travel adventures, cosy days at home and candid clips capturing their relationship away from the spotlight.

Accompanying the montage was an emotional caption in which Lochan expressed just how much Brianna means to him. He wrote:

“I've never been with someone that makes life feel so easy. Even on the low days just being around you I feel at peace. Doing life with you is genuinely a blessing.

“Even in the silly bickers I will always choose you because growing with you is a gift and to that's the definition of true partnership.

“You've been through my side through the highs and absolute lows of life. Everything happens for a reason and I'm so glad I dmd you to whip it up in the kitchen now you got yourself a self proclaimed chef for life.

“I love you!! Travelling the world with you is a blessing and we only just getting started.”

The post quickly attracted attention from followers, many of whom praised the couple and commented on how happy they appeared together.

While Lochan and Brianna have never been the type of couple to constantly document every aspect of their relationship online, they have made it clear they are together through occasional appearances on each other's social media pages. Their relationship has largely remained low key, with both choosing to keep much of their romance away from public scrutiny.

One of the first public acknowledgements of their relationship came when Brianna celebrated her 28th birthday and shared a collection of photographs from the occasion online.

Lochan appeared in several of the images and further fuelled speculation about their romance when he commented:

“Happy birthday baby!! Blessed to be spending this day with you and the rest of them.”

Although neither has publicly revealed the exact date they started dating, their interactions online suggest they became close during 2025 before eventually making their relationship more visible to followers.

As Lochan referenced in his latest post, the pair first connected after he reached out to Brianna via direct message and invited her to appear on his cooking show.

The content series, which regularly features public figures, influencers and friends, has become a popular part of Lochan's online presence since leaving Love Island. According to the reality star, what began as a professional invitation eventually led to a much deeper connection.

Their story appears to have started in the kitchen, with food and conversation laying the foundation for the relationship they enjoy today.
