A group of UK content creators led by HS Tikky Tokky were reportedly kicked out of a luxury villa in Ayia Napa after a controversial livestream that quickly descended into chaos. The event, which was organised by HS Tikky Tokky for content creation on the streaming platform Kick, featured several well-known social media personalities and generated significant attention across TikTok, Kick, Instagram and X.
Footage circulating online appears to show HS Tikky Tokky filming a tense phonecall with the property's owners. During the exchange, the owners allegedly threatened to contact police and stated that the group's security deposit would not be returned. HS could be heard protesting the decision and reportedly offered to cover the cost of any damage caused during the stay.
According to clips shared online, the creators were allegedly removed from the property following claims of damage to the mansion.
Among those appearing on the stream were OnlyFans and TikTok creator Chyanne and streamer Chelsea Lee Art. One widely shared clip allegedly shows a pool table inside the property being severely damaged, with footage later posted by Chelsea Lee Art.
Another controversial moment from the stream involved a heated confrontation between Chyanne and another creator. During the exchange, allegations were made that Chyanne had slept with a 17-year-old. Chyanne strongly denied the accusation. The argument escalated, and footage appeared to show a physical altercation between the pair.
Elsewhere, Chelsea Lee Art was seen leaving the property, expressing frustration about the condition of the mansion and the atmosphere among those staying there.

Perhaps the most discussed clips involved interactions between Chyanne and HS Tikky Tokky himself. In footage shared online, Chyanne appeared to flirt with HS, touching his neck and asking him to accompany her somewhere private. HS repeatedly appeared uncomfortable and was seen attempting to move her hands away. In another clip, Chyanne seemingly attempted to kiss him before HS moved away. During the exchange, HS could be heard making a derogatory remark about her before running from the situation.
The livestream quickly became a major talking point on social media, with numerous clips spreading across TikTok and Instagram pages dedicated to influencer drama.
Popular gossip page The Shade Borough's Instagram comment section was flooded with reactions from viewers. Among the most-liked comments were:
"Grown adults by the way kmt" and "What in the unemployment is going on here?" Another user though seemed entertained by the live adding: "you know im sorry i missed this live."
