Gunna touched down in London this week with his highly anticipated Wunna Run 5K and let’s just say… the vibes were unmatched and slightly unhinged 🤣
The global rap star brought the community driven event to the capital as the only European stop on the tour, following successful runs in cities like New York, Johannesburg and his hometown of Atlanta.
Launched as part of his Wunna Run Club initiative, the event is all about bringing fans together through fitness, music and giving back, with proceeds going towards his non profit, Gunna’s Great Giveaway, which supports communities in Atlanta as well as selected UK based causes.
But while the intention was wellness and community… the guys had other plans 😭
Clips from the run have gone viral across social media, showing hella men doing everything BUT focusing on the 5K.
From one guy turning into Gunna’s personal hype man mid run, shouting motivation like it was a concert, to others dramatically falling over during the race, it quickly turned into pure entertainment.
And it did not stop there.
At one point, Gunna himself was seen telling some of the runners off. Fans reportedly paid up to £50 to take part in the run.
Despite the madness, the event still delivered on its core purpose, bringing together fans in a positive space while raising money for good causes.
Residents, be honest… are you there to run the 5K or go viral mid race? 😭👀
