ComplexCon is THE place to be for lovers of great music, great food, and great vibes. The elite Las Vegas expo, which ran between 25-26 October, boasted a lineup of music industry heavy hitters, including Fat Joe, Quavo, Young Thug, Sexyy Red and of course, UK rap star Central Cee. However, things quickly went south in Central Cee’s Syna pop-up after urban music YouTuber, Trap Lore Boss, found his way into Cench’s section.

Footage from DJ Akademiks’ live stream revealed a clash between the YouTuber and Central Cee’s devoted manager, Ybeez. It is unclear what the root cause of the beef was, but it could have something to do with Trap Lore Boss’s four-part documentary chronicling Cench’s rise to fame, in which the YouTuber critiqued that Cench was not “a real gangster”. Although Cench appears nonchalant and vaguely amused at the commotion erupting beside him in the live stream, Ybeez is less than happy, telling the YouTuber, “get out my booth, bro”.

Sources claim the YouTuber approached Cench to “squash any potential beef”, with Cench assuring him there was none and “dapping him up” in a truce. Things then took a turn when manager Ybeez repeatedly insisted that the YouTuber leave the booth, saying that he would speak to him outside. He kicks off the altercation with: “Listen. What makes you think you can come inside man’s booth like that?”. This prompts Trap Lore Boss to shrug, saying: “I mean I thought I was just saying what’s up”. This then descends into Ybeez repeatedly ordering the YouTuber to leave the section.

Speaking to DJ Akademiks following the feud, the YouTube star tells him, “Cench was cool”, before admitting, “but his manager hates me”. Trap Lore Boss further admits that he was aware that there would be difficulties when entering the booth, saying: “I knew I wasn’t good going in”. Trap then expands, providing context to the tension, suggesting it may have been about his remarks on Cench’s street status.

Trap Lore Boss has since dropped extended footage of his altercation with Ybeez, which took place outside of the booth. Ybeez gestured to the camera, telling Trap to “turn off your f*cking camera” before explaining his issue with the YouTuber. Ybeez went on to say that Trap should have sought permission to enter the booth before stepping into territory where there could have potentially been an “issue”. Trap seems to brush off his concerns, claiming that Cench said the YouTuber had done him a “favour” before saying “it’s happened, it’s been done bro, I’m here…you can see I’m here”. This appears to anger Ybeez, prompting him to threaten, “I will smack you in your face”. The sudden escalation prompts someone to usher the YouTuber away.

The situation seems to remain unresolved, with neither of the parties speaking further on the matter following the release of Trap Lore Boss’s latest footage.
