Dani Dyer has vowed to stand by her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence after it was recently revealed that he will be facing jail time for fraud.
He recently pleaded guilty to 5 counts of fraud after he admitted to duping two men out of a whopping £34,000.A source close to Dani Dyer said: 'She's vowed to stand by him, he's the father of her baby.'The victims were Peter Martin, aged 90 and Peter Haynes, aged 80. Samuel pretended to be a financial investor, and the duo had previously worked with Kimmence in a legitimate investment company in the past.
He gained the trust of Martin and Haynes by claiming that he was authorised by the previous company in question to provide a service.Initially, he denied all the charges and pleaded not guilty. In the space of a week, he changed his plea and is now claiming to be guilty.
The court also heard that Kimmence used the bank cards of his victims to withdraw £1,200 for his own use and went on to put one of their credit cards £1,300 into debt.He convinced Peter Martin to transfer him £22,912 on one occasion, and £400 on another. Peter Haynes once sent Kimmence £7,927.Craig Harris, of Samuel's defence team said:
"He is a relatively young man of previous good character, the offences go back into his late teenage years.
"This is a case that crosses the custodial threshold but might be within a range which I argue could be suspended."
He added: "Quite a lot has gone into this young man's life in the last few years. He is seeking to reimburse the losses he has caused so some time is also needed to allow him to do that."
Recorder Nicholas Haggan, QC, said: "The offences to which you have pleaded guilty are serious offences, it's accepted they cross the custodial threshold and you are at risk of receiving a custodial sentence.
"Given you are young man of no previous convictions, I am going to order a sentencing report. I am going to grant you conditional bail."
The judge went on to add that the bail would last until 11 June and that a custodial sentence is still likely.
