BIG Brother viewers have slammed Omar after his comments about Rhianna needing to “respect a man” left her crying in the toilet following a tense confrontation in the house.

The pair clashed during tonight’s episode after Omar took issue with the way Rhianna said “please” to fellow housemate Lynx when asking him to cook for her.

Omar and Rhianna have grown close during their time on the show, with their blossoming romance becoming a talking point among viewers. However, their relationship appeared to hit a rocky patch after the heated exchange left Rhianna visibly upset.

The argument began when Omar approached Rhianna in the garden and told her: “You annoyed me today. Can’t you figure it out?”

Confused by his comments, Rhianna asked: “Is it when I told Lynx, ‘please’?”

Omar confirmed that this was what had bothered him, prompting Rhianna to question whether it was the way she had spoken.

When she asked if it was her tone, he replied: “Yeah, it was a bit weird.”

Rhianna attempted to make amends, telling him: “If it’s the tone of the way I said it, then I’m sorry.”

She also accused Omar of “blanking her” throughout the evening, but he denied ignoring her.

Omar went on to suggest that he could be “mad strict”, while insisting that he did not want to tell Rhianna what to do or how to behave.

However, he continued to criticise the way she had spoken to Lynx, describing her tone as “inappropriate” and telling her: “You know that it was wrong and didn’t make sense.”

He added: “For me, it’s not OK.”

As the disagreement intensified, Omar warned her: “Don’t raise your voice at me” before making a further comment that appeared to strike a nerve.

“I’m not here to teach you how to respect a man,” he told her.

But Rhianna refused to back down, insisting that her request to Lynx had been perfectly innocent.

“Me saying please to Lynx is not a bad thing,” she argued.

The exchange soon became too much for Rhianna, who stormed away from the garden and headed to the toilet in tears.

Fellow housemates followed her to make sure she was OK as she struggled to deal with the situation.

Clearly distressed, Rhianna told them she “couldn’t do it anymore” and explained that Omar was “pissed off” at her.

After recounting what had happened, she broke down further, saying: “It’s just awful. He’s so mean.”
