Jesy Nelson has opened up about her split from Zion Foster, revealing that their twin daughters' diagnosis contributed to the end of their relationship.

Speaking in her new documentary, the former Little Mix star explained that the emotional strain of navigating their daughters' health journey ultimately took a toll on the couple.

Reflecting on the experience, Jesy said it either "makes you a team or tears you apart."

Jesy and Zion went public with their relationship in early 2024 and welcomed their twin daughters, Ocean and Story, in May 2026 following a high-risk pregnancy.

Earlier this year, the couple shared that both girls had been diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), a rare genetic condition that affects muscle strength and movement.

Throughout the pregnancy and after the twins' arrival, Jesy regularly updated fans on the family's journey, speaking candidly about the challenges they had faced and the strength required to support their daughters.
