US Rapper Lil Tjay Undergoing Emergency Surgery After Being Shot Multiple Times

American Rapper Lil Tjay has been admitted to hospital and is undergoing emergency surgery after allegedly being shot multiple times last night.A police report cites that the incident was comprised of one shooting at a local Chipotle, followed by another shooting at a gas station.Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit and the Edgewater Police Department both shared a short statement on Wednesday morning, seemingly in reference to the same incident. At the time, it was said that "more details" would be shared soon.

A tweet from their official account reads :"#BCPONJ Major Crimes Unit and Edgewater PD are investigating a shooting with 2 victims around midnight on 6/22 at 14 The Promenade in Edgewater. More details to follow. @EdgewaterPolice"In a more detailed statement released, chief prosecutor Mark Musella claimed that Edgewater police responded to a 911 call just after midnight on the Promenade, where a victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds. While another victim, with one gunshot wound, was found at an 'Exxon' station.The police are currently carrying out a man-hunt for the people that they believe are suspects, however the pool of suspects are still 'at large'.
