STORMZY'S £400K FERRARI BREAKS DOWN IN BUSY LONDON STREET AFTER RUNNING OUT OF PETROL

UK grime rapper Stormzy had a hectic start to the day after finding himself stranded in the middle of a busy London road this morning after his £400,000 Ferrari ran out of petrol. The 32-year-old documented the unfolding chaos with fans in a series of Instagram stories as he came to a halt on Putney High Street. It wasn’t long before fans began recognised him and stopped to take pictures, which he happily agreed to.

One woman who was passing by jokingly remarked, “It’s your fault for buying a sh*t car”, as the rapper laughed along with her. Another of his videos showed traffic frantically building up behind him, while a photographer joked that he could have pulled his luxury car off the road. Stormzy then admitted that people had been beeping at him all morning. Another clip showed Stormzy standing beside his stationary car as vehicles tried to pass, greeting fans and taking selfies with them.

In one clip, he sarcastically sang: “Oh happy day, just smile through the pain,” before telling a passerby who offered help: “I’m alright bro, if you don’t laugh you’ll cry.” He continued to sing the song during several of the clips documenting his morning madness. Acknowledging the opportunity for him to make the day of his loyal fans, he then posted a selfie captioned: “Doing a meet and greet on Putney High Road. Bring a pen if you want me to sign some sh*t I ain’t got no pen.”

With no help immediately available, Stormzy chatted with fans who gathered around his car and attempted to help the artist. Once he had been saved from his automobile nightmare, he shared another update from a petrol station, showing himself filling the tank of his car, pumping 98 litres of fuel, costing him nearly £145.

Stormzy revealed that fellow artist and friend ‘Skeamer, “came to his rescue” and thanked a woman from Rush Hair salon and others who stopped to offer assistance.
