The road to the 2026 FIFA World Cup is officially heating up 🔥⚽
Shakira and Burna Boy have released the music video for Dai Dai, the official anthem for the upcoming tournament, bringing together football, music and global star power in one huge production.
The video is packed with stadium scenes, high-energy dance moments and appearances from some of football's biggest names, including Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappé and Erling Haaland.
Throughout the visuals, Shakira can be seen performing across a variety of locations, including scenes inspired by Miami and desert backdrops, while Burna Boy brings his signature Afrofusion sound to what is already shaping up to be one of the biggest songs of the summer 🌍🎶
For Shakira, the release marks another major World Cup moment.
The Colombian superstar became synonymous with football's biggest tournament back in 2010 when her smash hit Waka Waka (This Time for Africa) became one of the most iconic World Cup songs ever released. More than a decade later, she's back hoping to create another global anthem.
Meanwhile, Burna Boy continues to cement his position as one of Africa's biggest musical exports. The Grammy Award-winning Nigerian star has spent the last few years dominating charts worldwide, collaborating with some of the biggest artists on the planet and helping push Afrobeats further into the mainstream.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup is set to kick off on June 11 in Mexico City before concluding on July 19 in New Jersey. For the first time in history, the tournament will be jointly hosted by three countries: United States, Mexico and Canada.
