Octavian took to Instagram to write a message that seemed to imply that his case had been resolved.

In the controversial message, he wrote "Thank the judge. Thank the police. Thank all of you guys. Welcome me back to the greatest city in the world. Evil will never win. Lies expire. The people who left me behind are exposed.

The truth prevails. God is everything. LINK IN BIO" (See above) His ex-girlfriend, Hana, was not impressed over Octavian's post. She posted her feelings on the matter on her Instagram story and said:"Just been informed @Octavianessie has posted thanking the police and painting his charges were dropped and this was all some big conspiracy etc etc.This is a complete LIE - In fact, he has not even been charged yet. The police are still filing the case with 2 more witness statements still to be taken from my side.

He's just desperate for people to actually listen to his music. People keep in mind he was pretending I hadn't even gone to the police until today.That is all. Continue to have a lovely day"Shortly after the story was posted by Hana, Octavian took to his story and said the following:"Length people go for attention is scary. Beware of such people in your life.The war is not over. We are still fighting.

We did not flee to another country.The evil will always lie the truth is coming.Thank you to the police for doing such a brilliant job while I'm home in the United Kingdom."This comes shortly after it was revealed that Octavian had allegedly offered Hana £20,000 for her silence.

‍Octavian denied these claims.In the Borough comment section, there were some strong opinions on the matter.One resident said "I wish he can just drop this narcissistic behavior of his and apologize to her and his fans, so we can just move on from this"

Another resident called out those who were defending Octavian "Some people commenting here excusing his behaviour are just as tapped as him, good heavens"
