In a new video, the pair were spotted in Miami arguing over their baby boy. It is unclear what the argument was about but towards the end of the video, Not3s is heard telling the man recording to send him the video.

He then proceeds to say: "he's my baby too". Prior to that Aliyah tells him to take her to court as she puts the baby back in her stroller.

In the beginning, the video shows Not3s holding the baby as Aliyah shouts some words at him. A man who was standing with them; presumably an on-looker appears to tell Not3s to return the baby to Aliyah; and that when he decides to give the baby back.

The two announced their relationship publicly on social media in February last year. When they posted several cute pics together. This was followed by Aliyah's pregnancy announcement a few months later.

However, In January, cracks started to show in their relationship as Not3s started posting some cryptic messages on social media. Furthermore, Not3s was later accused of cheating on Aliyah, whilst she was pregnant late last year with ex-flame and YouTuber Yasmin, when Aliyah was in Dubai.

It is still unclear what started the argument but the two are clearly having difficulties in their relationship following the breakup.
