Nakita Johnson has officially entered her wife era and after years of keeping her relationship largely away from the public eye, the content creator has finally given followers a glimpse into her big day.

The South African-born, London-based influencer has been a familiar face in the UK creator space for more than a decade, building an audience through beauty, fashion and lifestyle content. Johnson, who is originally from Durban, first gained wider recognition on YouTube, including through the former couples channel Terroll & Nakita alongside ex-partner Terroll Lewis. The channel amassed more than 160,000 subscribers before the pair separated in 2017. 

In the years since, Nakita has continued to build her own platform while becoming noticeably more private when it comes to her romantic life. Even as she shared parts of her journey towards marriage, the identity of the man she was preparing to walk down the aisle with remained largely out of the spotlight.

Earlier this month, Nakita revealed that wedding preparations were well underway, sharing details of a Cotswolds getaway organised by her bridal party as the countdown to the ceremony began. 

Nakita tied the knot on August 15, 2026, sharing stunning images from the occasion and introducing herself to followers as Mrs Jarrett. In the photographs, the creator wears a strapless white wedding gown paired with a side-parted hairstyle and lengthy veil. A particularly personal detail appears embroidered into the veil: “L & N 15.08.2026”, marking the couple’s initials and wedding date.

She later commemorated the occasion with the words “Mr & Mrs Jarrett,” describing August 15 as the day they became husband and wife surrounded by their loved ones. 

The reveal has naturally sparked plenty of curiosity online, with followers congratulating the newlywed while others are only just discovering the identity of the mystery man Nakita has managed to keep largely away from her very public online life.

After spending years sharing parts of her world with an audience of millions, keeping one of its biggest chapters relatively private is quite the achievement.
