A mother is calling for justice after her 14-year-old son was allegedly ambushed and seriously assaulted by fellow pupils after school in what she describes as a “planned attack” that could have been prevented.
The incident reportedly involved four classmates and took place shortly after the end of the school day near the school grounds. According to the boy’s mother, the attack was not spontaneous but had been planned in advance, and her son had been made aware that he was being targeted.
Earlier that day, the teenager allegedly warned teachers that he believed an ambush was being organised against him. His mother claims he reported the threat to staff and asked for help because he feared he would be attacked after school. Despite this, she says no protective action was taken and no steps were put in place to ensure his safety when he left the school premises.

She further alleges that the situation escalated during the school day when one of the boys involved in the later assault reportedly slapped her son. The incident was again brought to the attention of a teacher, but according to the family, no disciplinary or safeguarding measures followed.
Later that afternoon, the boy left school as normal, unaware of exactly where or when the attack would happen. According to the family’s account, he was approached by a group of pupils who then allegedly surrounded him before launching a coordinated assault.
The teenager was reportedly beaten and knocked to the ground during the incident. During the attack, he sustained a broken leg along with other minor injuries, including bruising and swelling. The injuries required medical treatment and have left him with limited mobility.

The boy has also claimed that one of the attackers was holding a knife during the assault, which intensified his fear and prevented him from attempting to escape or defend himself. While the presence of a weapon has not yet been officially confirmed, the allegation has raised serious concerns about the level of danger involved in the incident.
The mother says the experience has left her son traumatised and fearful for his safety. She reports that he is now reluctant to leave the house and is too frightened to return to school.
“He warned them,” she said, referring to school staff. “He told them what was going to happen and nothing was done. This could have been prevented.”
The family believes that proper safeguarding procedures were not followed and that opportunities to intervene were missed. They argue that earlier action could have prevented the attack altogether.
The mother is now appealing for accountability and has called for a thorough investigation into the handling of the situation by school staff. She wants to understand why the warnings were not acted upon and whether appropriate policies were followed.
She is also urging authorities to ensure that stronger safeguarding measures are put in place so that other students do not face similar situations in the future.
The incident has sparked concern online, with many people expressing sympathy for the teenager and questioning whether enough was done to protect him.

At the time of writing, no official statement has been released addressing the specific allegations, and it remains unclear whether any disciplinary or legal action has been taken in relation to the incident. The mother of the child who was assaulted has taken to social media again to thank everyone for their support at this time.
