LOVE ISLAND'S MOLLY SMITH AND TOM CLARE LEGALLY WED IN COURTHOUSE CEREMONY

LOVE ISLAND'S MOLLY SMITH AND TOM CLARE LEGALLY WED IN COURTHOUSE CEREMONY

Love Island success story Molly Smith and Tom Clare have officially become husband and wife, with the couple announcing they tied the knot in an intimate civil ceremony surrounded by their closest family and friends.

The newlyweds shared the exciting news on Instagram with a series of romantic photos captioned simply, "Just Married," giving fans a glimpse into their special day. Molly stunned in a chic white mini dress paired with a vintage-inspired pillbox hat and veil, while Tom opted for a classic dark suit. The couple were photographed exchanging rings, signing their marriage certificate, sharing a kiss outside the registry office and cutting a small white wedding cake.

Their romance first blossomed on the inaugural series of Love Island: All Stars in 2024. Molly, who originally appeared on the sixth series of Love Island alongside former boyfriend Callum Jones, entered the All Stars villa looking for a fresh start following their long-term split. Tom, who first appeared on the ninth series in 2023, arrived later in the competition before coupling up with Molly, with the pair quickly becoming fan favourites. They ultimately went on to win the series, proving their connection extended far beyond the villa.

Their relationship continued to flourish after leaving the show, with Tom proposing during a romantic trip to Dubai in September 2025. Since then, the pair have regularly shared updates from their life together, including buying their first home and documenting their wedding preparations.

The couple have confirmed that their legal ceremony will be followed by a larger wedding celebration abroad with friends and family later this summer.

As expected, the announcement was met with an outpouring of love online. Fellow Love Island stars, including Casey O'Gorman, Lucinda Strafford, Alex Bowen, Jess Wright and Finley Tapp, were among those congratulating the newlyweds, while thousands of fans filled the comments with well wishes and messages celebrating the couple's milestone.

From finding love in the All Stars villa to walking down the aisle just over two years later, Molly and Tom have become one of the show's biggest success stories, proving that for some Islanders, the search for love really can have a fairytale ending.
