After growing concerns regarding the lack of diversity within Love Island and with the show just days away, we have been teased with this year's holiday line-up including stunning black model Indiyah Polack.

Indiyah is set to be a part of this seasons opening cast, making her an 'original islander'. This already gives the audience hope for better inclusion this year, as often black cast members are introduced as a bombshell like Rachel Finni or just not given the chance to win over the audiences at home due to lack of screen time.Indiyah has modelled for well-known brands such as boohoo, Lounge underwear and Bold cosmetics and has even been included in popular magazine Gal-Dem. The bosses of the show are confident that this year's show will be like no other, claiming that their cast selection process was vigorous and each person selected is "brilliant".Love Island is set to return to out screens very shortly as the first episode is scheduled for June 6th.
