Lauren Pisciotta started working for Yeezy fashion line in July 2021 just before the launch. Lauren Pisciotta, also known as an influencer, collaborated with Kanye on a few Donda songs and was offered $1 million ($1.4 million) for the job.

Kanye West is being sued by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, for sexual harassment and wrongful termination. Pisciotta claims she began working for West in July 2021 to help launch his Yeezy fashion line and was offered $1 million for the role, on the condition of being available 24/7. She alleges that West asked her to delete her OnlyFans account in 2022 to become more "God Like," promising to raise her salary to $2 million, which he never did.

Pisciotta's lawsuit details numerous incidents of inappropriate behaviour, including vulgar text messages, sharing explicit sexual content, and making unwanted advances. 

“See my problem is I be wanting to f**k but then after I f**k I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f***ed while I’m f***ing them. Then I want her to cheat on me,” one of the text messages allegedly read. Along with the inappropriate messages, he allegedly shared explicit details of sexual acts he wanted to experience, as well as photos and videos of West having intercourse with other women.

Pisciotta also allegedly received intimate photos of “current and former” Yeezy employees — both “men and women” — from West.

in the lawsuit, Pisciotta detailed multiple other incidents with the Bound 2 singer, which included him allegedly masturbating while they were on the phone, asking about her boyfriends’ penis sizes and even allegedly forcing her “to remove her cardigan while she was in the office because he said ‘it was covering too much.’”

She claims West masturbated while on the phone with her, asked intrusive personal questions, and locked them in a room where he masturbated next to her. Despite being promoted to Chief of Staff in September 2022 with a promised $4 million salary, she was fired a month later and did not receive the $3 million severance pay she was offered.

Pisciotta is seeking compensation for breach of contract and a hostile work environment. This lawsuit follows another recent allegation against West of racial discrimination by a former employee at his Donda Academy.
