The original design, a collaborative effort involving New Balance, Cardiff City FC, and IBY World, has reportedly been replicated in a collaboration between M1llionz, fashion brand Hoodrich, GIBS FC, and Laggaworld.

The controversy unfolded when IBY World's owner took to Instagram to share the news, sparking a wave of attention across social media platforms. The post, which highlighted the similarities between the designs, garnered significant traction before being taken down by M1llionz and his associates.

While the specifics of the alleged design infringement remain to be clarified, the owner of the brand took a humorous approach by referencing Virgil Abloh’s viral video about the impact you make on the industry that people will even go to the extent of replication. He exposed the voice messages M1llionz sent him in his DM’s. Then, the designer posted a picture of drake and a look a like and also a picture of himself quoting Kendrick Lamar's most recent diss track, quoting the lyrics “they not like us”x2 “You think the bay gon’ let you disrespect pac n****? I think that oakland show gon’ be your last stop, n****”.

We were informed that the post was taken down by M1llionz and his associates. Of which the brand owner of Iby World celebrates by posting another story saying “We made them delete the post. Only right. 1-0 to the culture”.
