On Thursday, Black the Ripper's business partner ScreechTree released a statement on the aftermath of his death. Among other things he stressed that his death was not caused by a heart attack; and that he was murdered.

In the statement he wrote; "My brother dedicated his life exposing the hidden truth and his final Snapchat post was evident of this, he was a threat...�.

He also added that; "His body was not properly kept and vital evidence was lost in the six months they had to wait for autopsy results"

ScreechTree also debunked accusations of cultural appropriation and stealing from Black The Ripper; "I was aware that money was taken out of my dead's brother's bank account". Someone had been using his bank account without Tony, the kids, or the baby mother's knowledge", he wrote.

ScreechTree also revealed that Black the Ripper; whose real name is Dean West has no resting place as his wish for the remains of his cremated body to be spread in montserrat have not been fulfilled.

"His ashes have been hoarded in a household to people who were not close to him in his final years", he said.

Concluding, he expressed his wish to continue running the company; "it is therapy for me. It helps me grieve my brother by keeping his name alive and our brand running"

However, just a day after the statement was released, Black the ripper's sister; Shantel West released a video debunking Schreechtree's statements calling them "conspiracy theories".

Response from Black the Ripper's sister

In the 15 minute long video, Black's sister expressed discontent about the treatment of her brother's death. Alleging that SchreechTree was creating conspiracies around his death to profit himself; by creating buzz for his company.

Addressing the murder allegations, Shantel revealed that her brother was suffering from a disease unknown to her family. She went on to reveal that his fingernails and toenails were falling off as a result of his condition; which rules out the possibility of a murder.

She went on to reveal that her family and Black's kids had not received any penny from his estate. Chantelle says that despite what Screech Tree's statement may suggest, none of the mothers of Black The Ripper's seven children have received financial support - with the exception of one.

She also took the opportunity to acknowledge Chip, who she says has been a great support to their family.

On a separate note; Chantelle called out the production company 'Hot Pepper Sauce', who she says illegally obtained £30,000 from Black The Ripper's account and used it to set up their business. She also chastised them for wanting to create a documentary about her brother, despite not knowing him or how his story began.
