Adele and Boyfriend Rich Paul Reportedly Move into New £47 Million LA Home
Singer Adele and her boyfriend Rich Paul, founder of Klutch Sports Group, have reportedly moved into their first home together in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.Adele shared a series of photographs of her and Paul on Instagram, with the caption: "Time flies 💋 ✨ ♥️". The first photograph she shared shows the couple standing in front of a large house. Paul can be seen dangling a set of keys from his hands with Adele standing next to him and smiling from ear to ear.
The mansion is said to be worth £47 million ($58 million) and it was previously owned by Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone. The house is surrounded by three acres of land in the Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles.The 18,587 sq ft property contains eight bedrooms and twelve bathrooms. The mansion also boasts a home cinema room, custom bar, gym, cigar room and two Rocky Balboa statues.
According to the LA Times, Stallone had made modifications to the property. He added steel-framed windows and doors and an art studio in the eight-car garage. Stallone had hired Canadian-American architect, Richard Landry, known as the "King of the Megamansion", to build a guest house.Stallone had put his home up for sale for £90 million ($110 million).
According to an article in the LA Times, he struggled to sell the property for more than a year. He first listed the property last year. With no offers, he cut the price to $80m in October and Adele and Paul were able to purchase it at a 47% discount.Adele's new star-studded Beverley Park neighbours include Denzel Washington, Magic Johnson and Justin Bieber. Stallone, 75, has since relocated to a $35.38m compound in Florida's Palm Beach.
In November last year, Adele sparked rumours that she and Paul were engaged after being spotted with a golden ring on her wedding finger. In February, rumours of her and Paul splitting up went viral on the internet. Adele was forced to address the rumours.
