Popular British YouTuber and influencer #JoeWeller has opened up about a major change in his life, revealing that he has become a Christian and credits his faith with completely transforming him. 🙏🏽✝️

The 30-year-old content creator shared a series of emotional videos on Instagram, where he told his followers that he had been "saved by the Lord Jesus Christ" after years of searching for fulfilment in other areas of life.

Weller first rose to prominence on YouTube through comedy sketches, football content, music videos and boxing-related content, eventually building an audience of more than 5 million subscribers. He became one of the UK's biggest online personalities and was involved in some of the platform's most talked-about moments, including his high-profile boxing match against fellow YouTuber KSI in 2018.

However, despite achieving success online, Weller explained that he still felt something was missing.

In one of the videos, he told followers: "I have been saved by the Lord Jesus Christ, and it is the best thing that has ever happened to me."

"Never, never did I think I'd be saying those words."

The influencer admitted that he had previously dismissed Christianity and once viewed it as "a load of nonsense", but said his perspective changed over time.

According to Weller, he spent years trying different ways to find peace and fulfilment.

"I have tried everything, everything to try and feel genuinely fulfilled and at peace," he said.

"Spirituality, diet, travel, here, there, everywhere, work, fame, money. I have tried everything that seems like it could work for me."

He explained that it was during one of the most difficult periods of his life that he eventually turned to faith.

Speaking about God, Weller said: "He never ever gave up. He never gave up when I was at rock bottom, and he was the only place left to turn."

Weller became visibly emotional as he encouraged anyone facing struggles in their own lives to seek Jesus Christ. He told viewers that no matter what they were battling, there was hope and a way forward. "Whatever it is that you're battling, absolutely, there is a way out, and it is found in turning to Jesus Christ."

The influencer finished by reassuring followers that faith is not about being perfect before approaching God. "It's not about coming perfectly. Come as you are."
