British drill rapper Digga D has been ordered to repay more than £200,000 linked to his criminal activities or risk spending an additional two years in prison.
The rapper, whose real name is Rhys Herbert, was handed a confiscation order at Lincoln Crown Court on Wednesday after the court determined that he had financially benefited from his involvement in drug-related offences.
The 25-year-old was found to have gained £201,039 from his crimes, with Judge Simon Hirst ordering him to repay the full amount within three months. Failure to meet the deadline could result in a further two-year prison sentence.
Herbert must also pay £2,000 in court costs.
The latest ruling follows Herbert's imprisonment in January 2025, when he was sentenced to three years and 11 months behind bars after admitting offences involving the importation and supply of 45kg of cannabis.
The rapper was arrested in February 2024 while livestreaming from a property near Lincoln.
His arrest attracted attention because he was broadcasting online at the time, bringing an abrupt end to what appeared to be an ordinary social media session.
Herbert has since been released from prison, but the confiscation proceedings mean he must now repay the money the court ruled he had obtained through his criminal activities.

The confiscation order was made under the Proceeds of Crime Act, legislation that allows authorities to recover financial gains obtained through criminal conduct.
During Wednesday's hearing, the court established that Herbert had benefited financially by £201,039.
His defence barrister, Ryan Thompson, confirmed that the rapper had the funds available to satisfy the order.
Herbert, who is associated with Notting Hill in west London, attended the proceedings remotely via video link.
The court's decision means that, although the rapper has been released from his original prison sentence, he faces a strict deadline to repay the money or risk further imprisonment.
