TV presenter and British icon Kim Woodburn has died aged 83 after a short illness battle. The TV personality became a household name for her work presenting ‘How Clean Is Your House?’ which aired from 2003 to 2009. The show which taught people nationwide how to ditch the dirt and keep a clean home was the foundation for Woodburn's fame. However, without Woodburn's wit, relatability and Queen Elizabeth-inspired fashion choices, it’s likely the show (which boasted 4 million viewers) would have been a Channel 4 dud.

At least 200 people aboard an Air India plane heading for London Gatwick have died, after the plane crashed seconds after departing from Ahmedabad, western India this morning at 9:08 (BST). The few survivors of the crash include one 40-year old British national.
